Payment
You can pay by pin after the treatment. The invoice will be sent immediately by mail. You can submit these to your insurance company.
Logged off/unavailable
If you are unable to attend and would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible when you know. Then you give other people with complaints a chance to fill your spot. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you report your cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment, we will be forced to charge 50% of the fee.
Reimbursement osteopathy
A large number of health insurance companies partially reimburse osteopathy from the supplementary insurance in the form of a daily reimbursement (maximum number of euros per day). This depends on your policy and insurer. Because reimbursement is covered under the supplementary insurance, there is no claim on your deductible. Health insurance companies require that the osteopath be registered with a recognized professional organization: the NOF (Dutch Osteopathic Federation) or the NRO (Dutch Register for Osteopathy). Loomans Osteopathy is registered with the NOF under the number 2021.21.19. Loomans osteopathy meets all requirements for reimbursement from health insurance companies.

You do not need a referral from a health care provider for osteopathic intake/treatment, you can stop by directly for an initial appointment. If you have additional information/scans, we recommend that you bring them with you.
